Hi, I'm Cait! I am a mother, yoga instructor, retreat host, writer, marketing professional, and health enthusiast—and I use this site as a platform to share these passions.

I love all aspects of yoga but especially appreciate that it offers endless opportunities for learning, healing, and growth of the mind, body, and spirit. I teach adult, prenatal, postpartum, and children's yoga classes privately and at studios on the South Shore. I like to infuse empathy, energy, and fun into my practice while always keeping a strong focus on the breath and body alignment. Most importantly, I want the yoga I teach to be accessible to anyBODY.
M O T H E R H O O D
I am the proud mother of two children. Being a mother has transformed me and my yoga practice. Parenthood is a beautiful but exhausting journey and I try to be as honest as I can about the gifts and challenges that come along with it. I believe I am a better mother because of yoga and I'm a better yogi because I am a mother. I love teaching prenatal yoga and helping mothers to-be have a healthy pregnancy and prepare for a positive and empowering birth and a supported, healing postpartum experience.
W E L L N E S S
When I'm not on my mat, I enjoy cooking healthy meals, especially with food from my own garden. I believe in the old adages that food is medicine, we are what we eat, and health is true wealth. I often create my own recipes or adapt classic recipes to make them gluten-free and dairy-free. I share some of my favorite healthy dishes, products, and home remedies on my blog.
